Winter 2008

Welcome to the first edition of our new E-newsletter for Stretch Therapy UK.   
We will bring you the latest from the clinic and announce special offers that are available throughout the season.

If you have a muscular ache or even chronic pain, Stretch Therapy can help you.   We specialise in realigning the posture through lengthening tight muscles using gentle repetitive movements, a technique that was developed in the USA and that is suitable for everybody from children to athletes to the elderly.  It really works wonders and you will feel differently after just one treatment.

New Year - New commitments?

For those of you that have committed to get fit this year by running a marathon or some equally strenuous challenges, you should be seeing some payback from your training so far.

Stretch Therapy can work with you to achieve peak performance and recover from injury.  Let us know your training schedule and we’ll work out a stretching programme with you.

We will also be opening the clinic on Monday 14th April for all London Marathon runners and giving a stretch and a state of the art infrared sauna for only £45.     Booking is essential.  

AIS – The success story - Scoliosis

We know that AIS can benefit lots of people, from athletes to the elderly but we’ve got another success story to share with you.

A few months ago we started treating a woman with scoliosis.  Everything was painful for her.  She’d tried it all, physio, hydrotherapy and yoga with no change in her condition.  Then she found Stretch Therapy and hasn’t looked back.

Stretch Therapists at Super Series Squash Championships

The Stretch Therapy team has been invited back as the official Physical Therapists to treat the top world Squash players of the ATCO Super Series Finals Squash Championships 2008, which will take place at the Broadgate Centre, London on the 19th to 23rd of May.  

Please come along to support the defending champion Amr Shabana and to see the amazing talent of the players.
